Delivery Policy

Eddy Diaz is operated by EDDY DIAZ LLC. Design files are delivered digitally through an agreed download link or other digital method. File formats are listed in each package and confirmed before work starts.

A first proof typically takes 3–5 business days after scope confirmation and receipt of the required content. We agree on the schedule for each project. Missing materials, late feedback, or scope changes can affect delivery.
